the program
In partnership with the Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia and the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, we bring an annual capacity-building initiative that inspires NGO leaders to achieve excellence. This program
is tailored to meet the evolving needs of civil society, equipping leaders with innovative strategies to drive meaningful change.
What we offer
Held in Slovakia and Poland during the spring and fall, these immersive one-week workshops provide
a dynamic learning environment. Participants explore practical solutions to strengthen their leadership, enhance operational efficiency, and expand their organization’s impact.
