What we offer

In partnership with the Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia and the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, we bring an annual capacity-building initiative that inspires NGO leaders to achieve excellence. This program is tailored to meet the evolving needs of civil society, equipping leaders with innovative strategies to drive meaningful change.

Held in Slovakia and Poland during the spring and fall, these immersive one-week workshops provide a dynamic learning environment. Participants explore practical solutions to strengthen their leadership, enhance operational efficiency, and expand their organization’s impact.

These immersive workshops focus on enhancing leadership, innovation, and operational strategies to amplify the impact of participating organizations. From marketing and fundraising to building sustainable frameworks, participants gain hands-on skills to address the evolving challenges of civil society.

Leaders not only learn but also connect. The workshops create a platform for collaboration and experience exchange, sparking international partnerships and building networks that extend far beyond the workshop.

Empower learners to put tools and frameworks into practice

In an era where civic engagement and peace are more crucial than ever, we are excited to offer an annual transformative capacity-building opportunity for civil society activists and leaders across Europe. This initiative is made possible through our partnerships with the Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia and the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, offering annual workshops tailored to empower NGO leaders from diverse fields.

Our initiative encompasses two annual NGO Leadership Workshops, held in the scenic locales of Slovakia and Poland during the spring and fall seasons. These one-week in-person workshops are meticulously crafted to bolster the leadership, innovation, marketing, and fundraising prowess of civil society representatives, enabling them to amplify the impact of their organisations significantly.

By enhancing internal expertise, managerial skills, and income-generating capacities, our workshops equip NGO leaders to run their organizations more effectively and sustainably. Moreover, they improve engagement capabilities with both the general public and government stakeholders and pave the way for the development of international networks.
